Ohio serving a variety of educational sectors.

Foundations Educational Consulting is unique in that

we are able to educate holistically both adults and

children not only academically but in the areas of

finance, wellness and best practices in education for

the 21st century learner. Foundations is also proud to

be a brand ambassador for organizations seeking to

market to educators and homeschooling families in

the greater Cleveland area.

Services provided include: General Education consultations, professional development for educators, Assessor/Proctoring, Homeschool Consultation and specific educational needs.

Foundations Educational Consulting, LLC was

founded by Sara Caesar-Williams, M.Ed., an education

lover and advocate. Sara is an accomplished veteran teacher who was awarded Master

Teacher designation through the State of Ohio while teaching with the Bedford City School

District. Sara holds dual Master of Education degrees in both Elementary Education and

Education Administration. She received her Associate of Arts Degree in

Early Childhood Education from Cuyahoga Community College in

Cleveland, Ohio, her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology (Human

Service Concentration) and two Master of Education degrees from John

Carroll University in University Heights, Ohio. Sara completed

professional development post graduate work courses in the areas of

Special Education from Ursuline College. She is a classroom teacher

with over twenty years of experience in the areas of Early Childhood

Education, School Leadership, Special Education and Gender Based

Studies with specialized trainings under Michael Gurian, founder of the

Gurian Institute.

Sara served as a registered trainer with Starting Point, an Early

Childhood resource center located in Cleveland, Ohio where she worked

on CDA trainings and has approved specialized Ohio Department of

Jobs and Family Services (ODJFS) trainings registered with the Ohio Professional Network.

Sara has presented at the National Association of Single Sex Public Education (NASSPE), one

of the top gender based education conferences in the country founded by Dr. Leonard Sax,

MD, Ph.D and most recently founded a platform for

homeschooling mother’s who are celebrated and encouraged to unapologetically put

themselves first for self-preservation. Sara worked as an after school program teacher with the

Warrensville Heights City School District and was an adjunct professor of Early Childhood

Education at Cuyahoga Community College in addition to being an Early Childhood Educator

for a number of years and was instrumental in creating First Baptist Children’s Center

Childcare. Sara is a homeschool mother, assessor, creator and founder of Cleveland L.E.A.D.

Homeschool Co-op, Girl Scout Troop Leader and a 4-H advisor through the Ohio State

University extension. She is on the executive board of Pregnant with Possibilities, a non-profit

organization in Cleveland, Ohio and has recently started volunteering with Young Lives of

Cleveland, a teenage mother faith-based support organization. Sara is also an Executive Board

Member-At-Large with the Cleveland Western Reserve Historical Society’s Museum Advisory


Besides the field of Education, Sara is also a licensed insurance and annuity agent for the state

of Ohio and a global health and wellness distributor. She prides herself in all areas of

community relations, serving with passion and pride. Helping schools incorporate financial

wellness and healthy living programming for children is an important component of
